1. Privacy Policy
This section describes how we collect, use, and share information when you use https://trustyourammo.com, our checkout, our staff tools, and the IGallery Facebook app that powers the Instagram gallery on our site.
1.1 Who we are

1.2 Information we collect
Store and account. Name, email, phone, shipping and billing addresses, order history, and account login identifiers when you buy or create an account.
Payments. Card and bank details are handled by our payment processor. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
Communications. Emails, SMS, and support messages you send us.
Device and cookies. Browser type, IP address, pages viewed, and similar logs. The store may use cookies for cart, login, and analytics as described in the storefront cookie notice.
Instagram gallery and IGallery. For the homepage gallery we collect public Instagram content: media id, permalink, caption, timestamp, media type, and a copy of the image we store on our Azure servers. Sources are the @trustyourammo professional account and, if Meta approves it, public posts that use #trustyourammo. Staff may connect IGallery with Facebook Login. That connection stores Instagram and Facebook access tokens, Page id, and Instagram user id so we can refresh media. Shoppers do not log into IGallery.
1.3 How we use information
We use this information to take and ship orders, run accounts and subscriptions, prevent fraud, improve the site, comply with law (including export rules), and display a moderated Instagram gallery on the storefront.
1.4 How we share information
We share information with service providers that help us operate: BigCommerce, payment processors, carriers, cloud hosting (including Microsoft Azure), email and SMS vendors, and internal operations tools. We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect rights, safety, or property.
1.5 Retention
Order and account records are kept as needed for tax, warranty, export, and legal obligations. Instagram gallery copies stay until we hide or delete the post, or until we receive a valid deletion request. Facebook and Instagram tokens for IGallery stay until staff disconnects the app or we receive a deletion request.
1.6 Your choices
You may request access, correction, or deletion as described in 2. User data deletion. You can also use Facebook Settings, Apps and websites, to remove IGallery.
1.7 Children
The site is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
1.8 Changes
We will post updates on this page with a new effective date.

2. User data deletion
This section is the public deletion process for Trust Your Ammo, including the IGallery Facebook app. Meta requires a public instructions URL. It is not a self-serve kill switch inside Facebook. There is no in-app delete button on our storefront for Instagram authors. Email starts the work on our side.
2.1 How deletion works
This page. You tell us who you are and what to remove. We delete or hide the matching records we control.
Facebook Remove app. If you connected IGallery, open Facebook, Settings, Apps and websites, IGallery, Remove. That disconnects the app on Facebook. Email us as well so we delete tokens stored in Conductor. We do not yet receive Facebook's automatic data-deletion callback.
We cannot delete your Instagram account, Facebook account, or posts that still live on Instagram or Facebook. We only delete copies and tokens we stored.
2.2 What to send
Email it@trustyourammo.com with the subject Data deletion. Include:
- Your name and the email you used with us or with Facebook.
- What you want removed (IGallery / Facebook connection, a gallery post, a store account, or all of it).
- For a gallery post: the Instagram permalink or a screenshot of the tile.
We will confirm by email, then complete the request within 30 days unless a legal hold requires a longer retention (for example an order we must keep for tax or export records).
2.3 What we delete
IGallery / Facebook Login (staff or anyone who clicked Connect Instagram). Stored Facebook User tokens, Page tokens, Instagram user id used for Graph, and IGallery connection state in Conductor.
Instagram gallery. The SQLite row for that media id, the Azure-cached image, and the post's appearance on https://trustyourammo.com. We also set the post to Hidden if you only want it off the site.
Store customers. Account profile fields we can drop without breaking legally required order archives. Payment card data is held by the processor, not in a card vault we can wipe by a website button. Ask us and we will close the storefront account where possible.
2.4 Shoppers
Buying ammo on this site does not create an IGallery Facebook login. Gallery tiles are images we copied from Instagram. Clicking a tile opens Instagram. To remove a tile, use the email process above.
3. Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern use of https://trustyourammo.com, checkout, subscriptions, staff tools, and the IGallery Facebook app. By using those services you agree to this section. If you do not agree, do not use the site or the app.
3.1 Who we are

3.2 Eligibility and ammunition
You must be able to form a contract. Ammunition and related products are sold only where lawful. You represent that you are of legal age to purchase the items in your cart (at least 18, and 21 where federal, state, or local law requires it for that product), that you may legally possess them at the destination, and that you will not reship in violation of law. We may refuse, cancel, or delay an order if we believe a sale would be unlawful.
3.3 Orders, payment, and shipping
Prices, stock, and lead times can change. A charge or invoice does not guarantee a ship date. You are responsible for a correct ship-to address and for duties, taxes, and carrier fees where they apply. Ammunition and related goods may be restricted by carrier and by destination. We may require additional information before we ship.
3.4 Export and compliance
Products and technical data may be subject to U.S. export control laws, including the Export Administration Regulations and, where applicable, ITAR. You will not export, re-export, or transfer items or related data except as allowed by U.S. law. We do not provide legal advice on export controls.
3.5 Accounts and acceptable use
Keep login credentials confidential. Do not scrape, attack, or overload the site. Do not use the services to break the law, to harass anyone, or to misrepresent who you are. We may suspend an account that we believe is abused or that poses a risk.
3.6 IGallery and the Instagram gallery
IGallery is our Facebook app used to connect Instagram so we can moderate a storefront gallery. Shoppers do not need IGallery to buy. Staff and reviewers who click Connect Instagram grant the permissions Facebook shows at login. We may display public Instagram posts (including #trustyourammo when Meta allows hashtag access) that we have approved. Instagram remains owned by Meta. Clicking a gallery tile opens Instagram under Instagram's terms. We may hide or remove any tile.
3.7 Intellectual property
Site content, product names, photos we create, and the Trust Your Ammo and Vantage Research marks are ours or our licensors'. Instagram photos remain subject to Instagram and the original author's rights. You may not copy the catalog or gallery for a competing store.
3.8 Disclaimers
The site and IGallery are provided as available. Reloading and firearms involve risk. Load data and product descriptions are not a substitute for safe handling, local law, or your own testing. To the fullest extent allowed by Montana law we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for a claim about the site or IGallery is limited to the amount you paid us for the related order, or fifty U.S. dollars if there was no order.
3.9 Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Montana, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in Montana have exclusive venue, except where federal law requires otherwise.
3.10 Changes
We may update this section. The effective date at the top of the page is the current version. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.
